At Sabroso Bakery, every morning starts before sunrise. Our ovens fire up early so the neighborhood can grab warm Cuban bread, flaky pastelitos and a strong cafecito on the way to work.
We bake the flavors we grew up with — guava and cheese, crispy croquetas, buttery pan cubano — the way they're made back home.
